I need to change my license and registration from DE to PA. I went on the DMV website and I have all the documents they ask for, except I have no idea what the title looks like. I bought my car new, and kept everything the dealer gave me. I can't find anyting that say "TITLE" at the top.

Do you own the car or are you making payments on it? If you are making payments on it, you don't hold the title, the bank does.Should i learn to drive in a manual or automatic?
If the bank has the title, you should be able to show them the bank information (bill of sale, or bank papers with the loan info on it) and they should work. If they don't accept this, simply ask them what you need to supply. The bank will not give you the title until its paid off.
