$4000/-What is the biggest engine you can have without paying tax on it.?
try www.bluebook.comAre the 2000 saab 9-3 non turbo cars reliable? Or should I just pass on this one.?
go to kbb.com it is the website for the kelley blue book. that is where car dealers look up prices too. What Auto foreign/domestic gets the best fuel economy?
Yeah, check the KBB site, & try the NADA site for used-car values, too. The only other tool that might help you determine values in your specific area is to check your local papers & see what the AVERAGE price is in the for-sale ads...Remember, though, just because the 'book' says that it's worth a certain amount, that doesn't mean anything, unless someone is willing to give you that for it!
Go to NADA.com .This is the book most dealers use.
