Twins getting drivers license?

Question:
My twin brother and I are planning to get our licenses soon, and we were wondering if we are able to drive eachother. In CT, a new driver must wait 4 months until they can drive family members. Do my brother and I have to wait the 4 months and drive 2 separate cars everywhere we go together, or is there a rule around it? Any other twins who went through this? Please help!!

That doesn't mean your brother can't be in the car with you. But it does say that you need another adult like your parent or guardian, or someone over 20 who has driven for at least 4 years with you for the first 3 months. In the second 3 months, you can drive with any family member, which would include your brother.
