If you can practice law or medicine why is you cant practice being a mechanic?
Not to my knowledge. Occasionally there can be a defective tire sent out. You need to go to a shop that sells tires have them remove the tire from the rim and inspect the inside. Normally if it is impact damage it will appear as a small tear on the inside. If it is a defect then it may not be visible or a small pinhole. Either way you need to get off that tire. It is unsafe. I would suggest you go to a tire dealer that is a Goodyear dealer. That way if it is a defect then you should be able to get a new tire very quickly. T find one near you just go to the Goodyear website.WhY were tHE NaZiS sPrEdIng ProPAGAndA aGiNsT the JEWS?
