What would i have to do to make my Honda Civiv Beat a Saab 9-3?

I have a Honda Civic LX 2003 Manual Transmission, how could i make it so it can beat a stock 2002 Saab 9-3? Links to cars specs are below:

well i would say start with intake b/c the more air sucked in= greater power.i wouldnt try messing with carbon fiber parts b/c the weight lost in using those parts makes lil 2 none difference..if not the intake then try a good quality exhaust such as a borla( used on Lambo's) or a type of flowmaster( most common) these can add up to 15 horse power.and there is a old saying about Saab's when u buy it u better buy an extra so u will have a car to drive when the other is in the shop.good luck with your modifications hope i have helped
