I suggest it might be quite dangerous to look like you are using a handset when phone usage in cars is banned. Ok you might be ale to smart talk your way out of giving an answer, but I wouldn't chance it. Tom Tom is easy to use without anything so why do you want to use a blue tooth?

You can pair a blue tooth enabled mobile with most of the tom tom's, this allows the phone to be used hands free via the tom tom.
Unfortunately the quality of the call is not so good and most of the background noise from the car is transferred with the call.
It is not possible to pair both the phone and an earpiece with the tom tom as it only has one blue tool channel.
