There are a number of combinations that will allow you to arrive at a peak hp of 1200. Keep in mind that this will involve alot of money, and this engine will not exactly be daily driver material. A power adder will definitely be neccessary, as well as a completely blueprinted engine (ie the end goal is kept in mind from the beginning of the engine's assembly, taking the whole combination into account. The engine builder will consider the type of power adder, the desired powerband, etc.)

To get 1200hp out of a motor such as this, you will not be able to drive it on the street very easily. It will be mainly a short burst drag strip type of setup. Certainly a lot of head work, twin turbos, and a boat-load of Nitrous will make 1200hp attainable (including an intirely revamped bottom-end and valve-train) however it will in no way be a smooth motor that you can drive over to McDonalds. You would also need a drive train (transmission, differential, axles) that would be able to handle that kind of power.
