You are not a rare case or a complete loser. Agreed there is much more pressure from peers and society to own one here in North America but I never owned a car till I was 27. Either that makes us both rare losers, or not?

If you've passed your driving test then it'd be a good idea to get a car. I passed my test last year and managed to get a decent car for quite a low price. It is pretty rare to not have a car if you can drive, all of my friends have cars and most of them are under 20.
