Saturn Performance parts?

Question:
I cannot find any websites that sell performance parts for my 2004 Saturn L300. I also cannot find any local stores who sell upgraded parts.
I am looking for either a decent Turbo kit, or Supercharger (Not sure which way I'd like to go yet). I would also like to find headers, performance exhaust and high grade H-11 55W bulbs.
Then - Since I'm not an expert fabricator, I would like to find a plain, but sharp looking body kit for this, as well as tail light mods. Perhaps a lowering kit would be nice..
If you can help me find this, I'd appreciate it. I'd like to keep the parts under $2,000.00 for performance and under $1,000.00 for appearance
