Is it possible for someone to have an ignition cut off switch for there car and it affect my car?

Question:
I park my car next to where I live at every night, but some night it don't be any parking spaces. 2 weeks ago I park in the front of a friend house and in the morning my car didn't start, I went back in the afternoon and it started up. Now for the past 2 weeks I parked near my house and in the morning it starts up. Last night I had to park in front of my friends house again, and this morning it didn't start. Would it be possible for someone else remote or any device to affect my car?

Answers:

What was your favorite British family car of the 70s or 80s.?

Yes its possible but highly unluckily. Are you able to deactivate your ignition kill or is it built in to the PCM. If so, have it serviced at the dealer.
