It ended on 31/01/07. He still can't be bothered to sort it out - what kind of fine is he likely to get?

Haven't you seen the ads on TV, the DVLA computer knows immediately when you car tax has run out, indeed it sends you a bloody reminder telling you when it's ABOUT TO run out - I believe the fine is £80 at the moment but I might be out of date and it might have gone up - you can be damn sure it's not gone down though!
