Question:
We now get "carbom emissions", we also pay more than any other country to use a car, plus if you do drive a car you are a criminal, as proven that this country has most the male population with an offence to there name.
Now we here "road pricing" is the only way to help releive congestion "BULL" use the many millions us drivers pay in a sort out the raods?
Them bring in a (none payment or profit making) 10 to 12 year re test, I do not like it but it will sort out the problems.
Then as with other countries, platable documentation, thats tax, insurance (thats a scam to) and the drivers right to use all displayed on the number plates.

Check your references, see what a gallon of gas in Europe is. Plus all the extra costs they incur. We don't have it so bad, trust me.On your driving test, how many minor faults are you allowed before they fail you?
I was on a Greek Island and it took $4.00 to fill up a Moped and at the same time I could fill up my Chevy for $9-10.

I lived in Germany for years. You have no clue what they pay to get their license and then the price of petrol is much higher than in the States. We ,so dont pay more than any other country! How does a trade in work? i have a 04 accord with 75000 miles and in perfect condition.?
Poor ole motorists, eh! Truth is, no other social group is pandered to by all governments as much as motorists are.Cars have to be kept in check because they are a serious nuisance, extremely dangerous, a waste of energy, a source of noise, poisons and greenhouse gas on an industrial scale, and the cause of 3,000 deaths a year. They are slower than bicycles and they cost more than first class train travel. Their only real function is as a status symbol.
Should it be harder to get a license?
So my heart bleeds for poor ole motorists. If you don't want to follow the rules, go on the bus like everyone else has to.
Why is it that the rear windows of cars do not open completely?

The congestion problem in the UK is complicated and not easily solved by general solutions, sadly governments like general solutions they're easiest to impliment.
Why doesn't the rear window tint on my car go all the way up to the top of the window?
In big cities cars don't make a lot of sense: if I could catch a bus/metro/tram 24 hours a day and know I'd only have to wait 10 minutes for the next one and that it would be on time I'd dump my car tomorrow, hire a car when I needed one or use taxis. BUT you don't get reliability in the biggest cities so what about those of us who live outside cities, say 20 miles away?
During the day I see 3 buses/hour during commuting times and 2/hour at all other times untill 11pm when they stop completely, I would also have to travel for 2.5 hours/day if I caught busues, what is the alternative to using my car? To make me pay through the nose because I don't live in London is unfair. Also as I live in the country my route to work doesn't get gritted when it snows and I could justify 4x4 ownership (not that I do own one) due to safety. Why should I pay massive taxes because I drive a vehicle relative to where I live & work?
In ONE or TWO words, describe FORD (vehicles)?
Governments be ware sensible solutions to difficult problems not gemeral solutions to keep things simple.
I think that English is not your first language. Have had great difficulty understanding what you mean. However retest would gridlock the test system and would stop new learners taking tests as those already holding licenses would have to take priority. Given the number of people already on the roads with licenses that would mean about 2 million per year.
In many other European countries motorists pay just as much
if not more than you do.
