Where can I rent an exotic car in Minnesota?

Question:
I am looking to rent a car such as a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Porsche, etc - not a Jag, Cadillac, Hummer, etc. I live in the Twin Cities, MN area. I'm not interested in a chauffeur/limo service, of which there are plenty of in this area. I want to get this as a present for my boyfriend, and I want him to be able to DRIVE the car. :)

They do not just loan out nor rent such cars. Imagine one 18 yr old pay $1000 for the day yet wraps it around the telephone poll. Now the company can't even afford the insurance due to the 1st customer.

Find a new present I hate to say. Look into the race tracks, like Indy and the Richard Petty Driving schools. They allow you to rent Nascar cars and run them around the track at almost full speed. I plan on doing this myself over at Indy...always wanted to go around that track, specially doing 200mph or more.
