I was wondering.?

Question:
I was wondering if you can lease a car in the state of minnesota without a license?

Answers:

Frustrating.?

No one will lease a car to someone without a license. You don't even need "dodgeman's" 36 years of being a mechanic to know that. Speaking of which, why is that the reference for everything he answers. How does that qualify him to answer this? Guess if I was mechanic I'd know.
