Question:
I'm buying a car and my license is expired from another state, so more than likely I'm gonna have to go through all the red tape of taking the test and the driver's test, ect ect. Well, my problem is, I don't have a car to take the driver's test in, except the one I bought. So, my question is, can I get insurance on the car I bought, take the title and the insurance to get it registered, and then take and drive the car I just bought during my driver's test so that I can get my license? This would require me to be able to get insurance on the car before I get my driver's license though. Is this possible?

I heard that there will be a Trans - Atlantic High Way. How that can be?
Absolutely not! My advice to you is to try to borrow a friend or family member's car to take the test with. There is no way you will be able to get insurance without a valid driver's license. You should be able to contact the DMV from the state you lived in previously and get a copy of your drivers record which you can take to the new states DMv and just purchase a new lisence for the new state.
