Are you in Maryland? The Driver's Ed school should've properly prepared you. If you're in MD, take a private lesson from Elite Driving School: 410-36-DRIVE.

The steps are too entailed to write them all out for you. You should call the driver's school you went to and ask them to re-explain them to you.

any tips for passing a driver's test?

Your BTW (behind the wheel) #3 lesson should have been scheduled very close to your driver's test so you wouldn't forget the steps...did they recommend that to you? If not, that school did an unjust to you.
