Body heating?

Question:
Recently, when i have been siting in the hot sun for a few minutes straight, my body starts heating up and causing me to get itchy all over my body. what does that mean? There are also times when, if i eat spicy food, my body heat also rises and i get ichy and start sweating. is this some sort of allergy? What do you think or what might be the reasons for my body acting this way?
