Fill shallow aluminum foil pans found in grocery stores with Common white vinegar. Set the pans in every floor well each time the car isn't in use with the windows rolled up. Especially at night. During the daytime roll all the windows down in the shade in a windy area.

if you can, rent an O2 machine, and let it run in the car (with a window cracked open) overnight (in warm weather, not a good idea to do it in the cold). The O2 gets into everything and releases the smells from everything. Works awesome, I did that to my truck, worked well. It will smell like it just freshly rained in the vehicle for a few months afterwords, then afterthat, it will smell fresh, even without that rain smell.

I tried Fabreese first, it did work for a few days, then it started wearing off. In thoes few days I also tried to figure out a way to get the smell of fabreese out of my truck. The stuff did nothing, but cover it up, and when it wore off, the smoke smell was back.
