What is the difference between a sunroof and a moonroof?

If you got a warranty on the car, consult it and the dealer. If it was sold "As IS" you got it as is and you're out of luck. If you believe there was a fraudulent representation, contact the BBB or an atty to take them to small claims court. Lemon law? Pretty sure in most states that's a new car only for repeated attempts to repair a car that shouldn't be having a problem in the first place.

Do you know where I can find a picture of someone who's missed the bus?

Does anyone know how to go to Geary st from any bart station?

If your state has a "lemon law," you should have a right to rescind the contract, return the car and get your money back within 60 days of the purchase (or 90, depending on your state's law). Most states have a lemon law, but you might want to call an attorney and find out what your rights are in this situation.

What's an AMC silver ticket?

You have the right to remain silent. You gave up that right the moment you drove the vehicle off the private property. Even if it were a used car dealer you still wouldn't get a 30 day warranty unless previously posted. and even then only few states have the 3 day lemon law. But for the most part... Reach into that deep pocket that didn't include a mechanic before the purchase and hire that mechanic now to fix it.

most places like that you are buying the vehicle "as is" meaning they aren't liable. some states have lemon laws(assuming your from the U.S.), but is it worth the court costs to fight it to you? This might be something you just have to right off, and be more careful next time.

Coupe?....?

Only what was agreed to. Your driving may have been the cause of the engine problem I would say your on your own but it doesn't hurt to try.

What computer program do junk yards use to figure the compatability of different vehicle parts?

Once you signed the papers, your rights are limited to the contract term. If the shop gives some kind of warranty, you may find that enforcing they terms are quite hard because you will never agree with them on the definition of failure. What may not look right for you will always be fine for them.
The best option I know is to do a pre-purchase inspection by a LOCAL inspections company. $100-150 is much less than virtually ANY repair.
