Clean it again with windex.There's probably a buildup of smoke, dirt, dust, roadgrime etc. and Windex just loostened it up a little.

I purchased a product from Griots Garage. It's Glass Polish and you can get it in fine, that's what I used. You can't even tell there is a window. It does take some elbow grease. At Advance Auto, Car Quest or Wal Mart in the automotive section pick up an aerosol can of Stoners Glass Cleaner. Spray a very fine amount on and completely wipe dry with old non colored newspaper.
