How do i aquire my license at the age of 18?

can someone give me the EXACT process of how i would go about getting my license at the age of 18. I have no prior classes and never got my temps. This would be my first time applying for a license. I know its a lot easier than if i did it at 16 and i dont have to take all the classes but what exactly is involved?

for professinal P232.80
non-professinal P262.80
