I go for performance first.... I dont care about rims since I drive only SUV's, but the sound and power of a vehicle is number one for me... :)

I agree performance first. Nothing is more funny then seeing sum1 on side of the road broke down when u can tell they spent all there money on looks and systems instead of where it counts. Just my 2 cents.

I personally hate loud systems. Being woke up at 2 am by some moron blasting his stereo at 120 decibels is not fun. I would say go for performance first. As for Rims make those second but for the love of God if you are driving a beat up old Honda accord. Don't put 3000 dollar gold rims on it. You just look stupid. Spend the money and buy a better car.

Rims are not in the top 3. If the auto runs decent, then tires first, performance next and then yea.... good music. Good looking tires on stock rims look better than crappy tires on great rims. If you are sitting in the driveway with a blown motor or flat tires, you can still groove on good music. Peace
