In a inline engine, the pistons are all vertically above the crank shaft, in a straight line, hence the name "straight-8", as to opposed to the V8 which would have 4 cylinders at a given angle on each side of the crankshaft, forming a V with the crank at the bottom, and pistons moving along the v sides.Looking for recall data on Lull Industries model 644B-42, Aug 96 series?
