No. Not without modifying the wells and suspension. Don't forget that putting that sized wheel on this type vehicle will move the center of the hubs down considerably in relation to the frame. This causes a toe in effect that will cause a huge amount of stress on the joints, not to mention you have to replace the torsion bars, and extend the swing arms to compensate for the "pull in" effect. You'll have to also tighten up the suspension to near zero push to keep the wheels off the fenders and wells.
It's a lot more work than people think about, but good luck.
