RV Storage Condos, Would you Buy One?

Question:
An interesting move in the RV storage market is taking place. RV Condos, where you buy your unit instead of renting your storage space are springing up all over the US. Prices start in the 30's and go up to 150K for an enclosed "giant garage". Is this something that would interest you?

What does the B.P. stand for in the BP gas stations?

I have a rather expensive RV and yes, if something like that were available in my area, I would probably take a serious look at it. I am paying about $400 a month to store mine in a warehouse along with about 75 other motor homes. What I don't like about that set up is that you have to leave the keys with them. They move your RV all the time to make room for other RV's. If they damage your RV, you will have a hard time proving that they did it. Also, if one of those RV's goes up in flames, it will certainly take a dozen or so other with it.

Why Do We Need Tax Discs?

I like the idea of owning my own unit. Much more control, safety, and I am the only one driving it.
