i own a repair shop,and its not a 100% legal anywhere to have them blackened,out ,they made me take mine off my camaro ,and gave me a ticket for them,so i would take them off,its ok to have the a little dark,but not completely blackened out,they look good like that though but they are not street legal in some states like that ,good luck i hope this helps.
