What are the different levels of darkness on tints?

Question:
How many different levels of darkness do tints on cars come in. and do the prices differ? also...i am thinking of getting my windows tinted on my black 4-runner. think this would look good?

Level is 0 to 100. 0 being completely clear 100 being completely black. Price does matter. The darker the more expensive. Smoking the windows a bit would add a nice touch to the 4 runner. Do it.
