Scrapping a vehicle ??

Question:
i gave my car do a scrap dealer who called in and took it away . like a fool i didn't take his details and now i am looking at the v5 where it asks for the scrap dealer's name . what shall i do with regards filling this in ?

Make sure that you do fill and send this in as many "scrap dealers" have been known to put cars back on the road and you would be liable for any violations committed. Leave the name blank and add a letter of explanation. That way you are not committing any offence knowingly of giving incorrect information
