Here's one for the smokers. Do you light one up when in your vehicle driving or not?

It will not hurt anything. The difference in the circumference in these 2 tires is so minimal. The middle number is actually the side wall ratio in comparison to the front number. So the larger middle number is some aspects will make up for the smaller front number.

Misfire???????

If it looks right, I would run it till you need a complete new set.

Why don't we use steam powered car engines so that we can stop global warming?

You can. Try to put it on the "non driving axle." i.e. if the car is front wheel drive, put that tire on the back, if it's rear wheel drive, try it on the front. This may require you to swap another wheel around, but it will be worth it. It's not great for the differential to have two different tires.
If the car happens to be AWD, i wouldn't suggest this at all, however i doubt that is the case.

Is the In line 6 the smoothest engine around?

As a temporary fix, it should be OK, but not on a drive axle, meaning that if it is front wheel drive, then put it on a rear wheel and put the correct size on the front. Otherwise, the different diameter will wear out the differential, and will give the car a tendency to pull to one side - especially under acceleration. Remember that using different sizes is not recommended, so don't leave it there for long before getting it replaced with the correct size.

Who does laughing gas (nitrous oxide)?

PS: I've never seen a tyre blow out unless it was drastically overloaded...or running half flat. Running the tyre under inflated means that the bottom of the tyre is flattening out too much as it rotates, and the internal friction as it keeps getting bent back and forth heats the rubber where the tread joins the sidewall until it softens and the tread peels off - keeping the correct pressure in the tyre will usually prevent this. Make sure he knows how important this is - unless he likes buying tyres all the time.
