Anyone heard of kits you can buy to transfer a few select fuel driven vehicles to bio fuel ?

If by biofuel you mean Ethanol some of the Ford Ranger trucks are already set up to run with it, although most gas motors will run on ethanol fine. If by biofuel you mean biodiesel than they will only work on diesel motors
