If not figure out what he looks at pay attention to what cars he looks at and says "damn those rims look good" Also when ordering make sure you know the size, year, make, and model of the car they are going on. Another good idea is take a picture of the car and take it to the local shop and ask the salesperson what would look good on that car, explain to them what you are doing and they may do a return policy for a gift. I would suggest creating some kind of coupon with possibly a dollar amount on it saying "For the Rims You Wanted" or a gift card to the location you think he'll purchase them from.
