Which one is better a supercharger or a turbocharger?

Question:
which one is eastiest to maintain as well as better for your engine?

Answers:

Whyu does my car die on the same street every time i use cruise control?

Superchargers are better because they don’t need to spool up, don’t require custom exhaust routing (saving space), and don’t generate the large amount of heat of turbo chargers making it less necessary to use intercoolers.
Turbos have lag and actually eat up power off idle, and create huge amounts of heat because your headers are routed towards the top of the engine and hot exhaust gas powers the turbines, this causes a drop in f/a density further killing power but if you have the money to throw down for a larger radiator, and an intercooler, some turbos start to pass up superchargers around 6500 rpm Still turbos require you to flip your headers and build custom exhaust and induction lines and in some cases making room for all of this . meaning anything from removing your a/c, and un-necessary items like wiper fluid reservoir
With out substantial modification, including H-beam rods, forged pistons, engine balancing, increased fuel delivery, good performing heads and camshaft, decreased combustion ratio ( around 9:1), better fuel and aftermarket ignition, forced induction wont do you much good and you'll ruin your engine in no time

What is the 'overdrive' button that appears in the car?

super charger...no lag constant power.its better

How many cars?

def supercharger. plus more power :)

Are SUVs more dangerous than cars?

Supercharger has no lag and easier to install, but it takes a small amount of power away from the engine to run the belt. A turbo or twin turbos use the exhaust to spin turbines, so it does not take power away from the engine, but you have to have to rev the engine to get the turbos spining. Its just preference, people also say that twin turbos will wear down your engine faster, but i dont know how much truth there is to that.

I'm going on a road trip...?

Superchargers not only provide more power they tend to last longer too. Turbos take their power from the engine exhaust, they run really hot, also when the motor is shut down their bearings are no longer supplied with oil the oil inside them tends to cook or "coke" out leaving nasty deposits. If you have a choice go with the supercharger even if it costs more. In the long run you'll be happier.

Permit Question?

Superchargers offer you power whenever you need it... turbochargers are.. cheaper and more power but delays the demand.
