what are the normal sequence of traffic lights in UK?
not a college like u would go to to get a degree, but it would be very advantageous to u if u go to an actual truck driving school. u will get hands-on behind the wheel training. be advised: if u get a ticket in the car, it will be counted against u on the cdl as if u got tagged in the truck. if u want to keep the cdl, stay out of the bars while on the road.negatory, spaceman.

Truck driving school for 6 week courseWhy Are Japanese Cars Not so Highly Regarded in Europe as they are in the US??
usually a big company like schneider will train you and make you promise to work for them for aa while. my son did that and he's home at least 3 nights a week and makes over 50 a yr.Why are people so bothered by 4x4's?
of course not....if you can pass the test at the DMV you get your commercial drivers license....you take the written test and then they take you out driving in a truck or commercial vehicle you bring to take the test in..they do not provide one for you...so you need someone to drive it to the testing site for youIn your opinion what's the most unreliable car ever?
I use to work in the oil feild several years back with a company that paid for my training and CDL drivers lic. Afterwards i could get a job anywhere in the oil feild industry hauling with no problem at all but when i wanted to haul for a private company doing out of the state hauling jobs they told me that they did not honor any CDL whithout prior sghool acredited training. so be very sure you want to proffesionaly drive for a living. If so your best bet is to go thru a driving school of some sort. avoid the oil feild driving jobs. Cause the rest of the industry will not honor it. Attaing your CDL thru school training is very key in that kind of industry. Good luck.Lots of good info so far, a few things that I need to clarify though.
why do tractors have a projecting exhaust pipes?
You may take any of the written tests to obtain a CDL learner's permit, and take the driving test as well. Going to a truck driver's ttraining school is helpful if you do not have access to a truck. Ryder transportation will NOT just rent out tractor trailers to anyone anymore. (I tried to rent one to train someone else who asked a similar question) The schools also help in job placement.
What is the best product to use to get smoke film off of car windows?
Another way to go is to work as a non-driver for a transport company as long as they would be willing to help you obtain your CDL. This takes longer, but in some cases leads to a solid job.
For OTR truck drivers only please.?
Be careful applying at companies who claim that you can "earn as you train". Many times they sound good on paper, but when you finally get home after a month without being in the same state... it may sound different.
Hope this helps.
my husband has electric locking in the car and now he can't open the boot?
No, no college. Just look at the idiots driving trucks!NOPE.
Why is it that people who have cars and never use public transport are always against?
You have to get your CDL Permit first, but that is pretty painless. Just get the manual from the DMV, read the comprehensive and air brakes part of it, and take the written exam for the permit.
For the actual CDL, you COULD go to truck driving school, which I would suggest. Or you could just practice driving with a person that has their CDL and then take the test.
A lot of drivers don't have college degrees, and really does not take one to get a class A license! The DMV examiner is just looking to see if you can safely operate the vehicle.
