They have evolved the countach styling a bit because people loved and still love the countach styling. Plus, even though the diablo and murcielago seem to share some characteristics of the countach they are still completely different from anything else anyone else makes.

The original Countach is still unmatched by anything else Lamborghini (or anyone else) has released.
