Questions about FJ Cruisers, Guys?

I believe you have to have a valid USA drivers license in order to drive here.

My car was towed by the city while they paved the road, I just got back from a two week vacation can I appeal?

Only IF the road is straight, if if curves you must also make the curve. This is best done by using a stearing wheel to make the course adjustment even in the USA. Otherwise, your license IS GOOD in USA if you can make the proper course adjustments and not wreck..

What car did you learn to drive in?

No.
you can drive up to a year with an International driver's license. After that you must change it to one of the state where you reside. This will involve the proper fees, taking a written and driver's test.

How many points will i gt on my liecense?

From which rental service can i reserve a Toyota Corolla online?

Does anyknow of any junk yards in the west covina, ca area?

good question. Insurance would be far too high and depends on your age and whose car, if it is a rental you might not be old enough or the rental company may not choose to accept you (too much risk). If it is a friends car then your insurance or theirs is unlikely to allow it or make it to expensive it would not be worth it. It is really great to drive on the other side of the pond but I would say get a heck of a lot of experience here first! Short answer, probably yes but insurance would try to stop it. For the other answers, your license is good for the USA but you MUST have valid insurance...that is the sticking point.
One more thing.don't even think about trying to drive over their without valid insurance, that kind of thing gets you a criminal record and stuffs up any future travelling to the States...especially with customs and the TSA being the way they are now, sorry my USA friends but it is NOT the most friendly place to travel to...once there.I love it, getting there.I hate it.

What is the best tire made for a SUV?

In general, if you hold a drivers license issued by any government entity, it is good anywhere in the world. There is such a thing as an International Drivers License, but it is not necessary, and is only a form you fill out. I have rented cars all over the world and no one has ever blinked at my California Drivers License.
