UK Driving Licence Q? 6 Point's 1st Year Revoked!? What Now?

Question:
I got 6 points on my license in my 1st year driving and it was revoked i know im not banned but i want to know if i could just do my test and get my license back or do i need to wait until the points are wiped after 3 years!?

What is the most reliable and cheapest diesel car to run Britain?

And will i need to re apply for a provisional?
