Has anyone been in a car accident that wasn't there fault and was the passenger and sued cause of injuries? if so how long did it take you? Did you settle or go to court? What was the estimated amount you recieved? I was in a car accident with a ankle injured and was the passenger and just wanting some ideas of what other people went through and what they got out of the lawsuit and how long it took them. thank you
