Why are gas prices so high?

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are thinking in rally racing, the Subaru is easier to drive because it´s lower torque, but probably, you will have to upgrade the gearbox, (sometimes, there are problems with the standard one). The Mitsubishi, is a little bit more robust, but occasionally, they have turbo problems. As an everyday use, they are both very reliable. Both cars are an example of great engineering, and at the top in performance/price.
