id polish them out they look really good like this,it takes all the glaze off of them,which is just a clear coat on them,but this makes them look like chrome,,and there easier to maintain like this also,i did my truck wheels and everyone thought i had bought a new set,and this way you just wax them once in a while,,it takes a while to do this though,but its worth it,i got my compound from a paint store to do this with,it takes e a lot of work,but you cant buy the look that you,ll get from them,good luck i hope this help,sIs it me or our traffic wardens, sad?

Stick to the Alumium. Much classier and lighter weight and better for performance. Chrome belongs on 1950's lead sleds, not new cars.

but when it starts to corrode, and it will happen, you will get all sorts of indeterminable leaks in all your tires before someone tells you you need to have your wheels refinished/ refurbished/ rechromed (depending on how severe it is) and that will cost anything from $100- $500 each.
as far as im concerned, chrome is the worst vehicle accessory for anything.
