Where can i get a aluminum car chassis? or magnesium?

Question:
for front engine, 4 cylinders, wheelbase 106",rear wheel drive, track about 59"

Answers:

what do you call a manual car?

Aluminum isn't very strong. By the time you put enough braces in to make it strong it would be as heavy as a frame made out of mild steel. Consider chrome-moly steel. It's stronger than mild steel and would require less bracing and that would make it lighter. Speedway Motors makes a steel street rod frame for bucket T's that is about the size you describe. Search the web for "speedway motors".
