When you see car carrier trucks with 2 levels of cars on board, how do they load/unload the top rack?

Question:

Answers:

Does anyone know where I can find information on hand control courses in Ohio or West Virginia?

Very easy to do. You unload the bottom vehicles first, then there are hydraulics that you work with that causes the upper deck to lower and you unload the cars/trucks.

What is it that makes a car's engine sound deeper?

its all done by hydrolics...first they unload the bottom and then the tob level is split into different sections one for each car and a couple of hydrolics per section. they lower all the sections and raise a bottom ramp up to those sections and unload them. thats pretty much it.

Can I drive in another state with my learners permit from a different state?

The top deck is on hydraulics & lowers when the bottom ramp is empty. I'm sure they use extenable ramps as well.

G1 Driving Test?

It's all done by hydraulics the driver just flips switches to get those ramps up or down sort of like the hydraulics the homies down here in Tucson have in their cars.
