Personally I would run up to the front and grab a hold of the steering wheel to gain control. Immediately after gaining control have two people move the driver and ask if anyone has medical experience and tell someone to call 911. Have them do immediate first aid as you sit down and pull the bus to the nearest safe place to stop.
