Are snow chains legal in Connecticut?

I actually need to know for sure, because I looked on google and one site said it wasn't legal, another one said it was, so I would appreciate it if you were answering my question that you were absolutely sure about your answer.

As a truck driver, what do you look for in working for a trucking company? Benefits? Pay?...?

Also it isn't required, but if you could give me a website to back it up, that would also be helpful.
