No, cars are very well grounded and the truth is that stun guns are actually rather low current items. Stun guns work by sending a low-current into the body to cause pain, the high voltage part is merely there to over come the natural electrical resistance of the body. Will the high number of volts they put on the side of boxes of these things help them sale, the truth is that amps are what cause damage (which in the case of a stun gun, you don't want to cause damage just pain). For my 2 cents these little generic made in china stun guns are not very impressive. I've watched a drunk buddy years ago shock himself like ten time in one night just for laughs. While funny and hurt like hell, in a real fight he would have been able to still attack the person using it on him. Seems like most of them are sold to give people a false since safety and take advantage of peoples lack of knowledge about how they work. The ones police departments use are no joke, but these ones just a scam.
it is possible. the cars are so well grounded now that it is hard to get a clear path of electric flow. There is also a lot of plastics and other non conducting materials that would stop the flow of current. Still possible but less likely the newer the vehicle.
