What compact car currently gets the best gas milage? Hybrids don't count...?

Well the best way to find out is to call the driving schools directly and ask. They will tell you over the phone how much it is. Or if they have a website they will most likely list their rate and the schedule of classes. In my case, the class was $260. I dont live in Minnesota, but i expect it would be around that price. It's not going to be cheap.
The test we had to take to pass driver's ed didnt cost extra. What you are really paying for is the insurance they have on the driver's ed cars and maintenance of those vehicles.
