How to clean cylinder head and pack it for shipping?

Question:
I have this used cylinder head from that i sold online. Its oily with motoroil. How would i clean it? Can i use a degreaser and water, is that ok? Also how would i get rid of the excess oil, that still there, i dont want it to drip when it is being shipped and cause some hazards? Also any tips on how to pack it for shipping?

non-chlorinated break cleaner works well for removing any excess oil or grease. then just pack it up in a few towels or rags, and maybe some bubble rap, and box it up.

i wouldnt use anyy chemicakls or water on iut i would simply get all possible oil off with a dry rag...then wrap it in a rag around bubble wrap.
