Question:
It's winter time again, finally, for those of us in the eastern part of the country. My question is in regards to what causes the windows, on the inside of the car to frost up after driving it for a while? I can understand the outside, but what causes the inside? Is this being caused by the heating core to go out? Radiator going bad? There is no smell of antifreeze. Nor are there any wet spots under neith the car. Thanks for your input.

Snow gets tracked in and melts into your floor mats. This later freezes when you are not using your car.
What is the best car you've ever owned?
When you use your car again and start using your heater, the ice melts in your floor mats. Eventually, the heater warms the windows enough for the frost to go away.
Towing a Dodge Shadow with a Mercury Mountaineer?
its from the cold air on the outside, and the heat on the inside that causes thatwindows frosted up inside, that's perfectly normal, its called condensation, and its because your in the car, so either don't breathe when you drive, or put the defroster on (it might have little wavy squiggles on your dashboard where you set the heater or AC on)
that should clear your windows up once the car gets warm, also you might get a package of Rain Ex anti fog wipes, you can get them at any car parts place, like Checker, Autozone, maybe Napa
the way you know its not something with the radiator or heating core? I drive a VW beetle, no radiator and no heating core, and my car frosts up too
it is mosture in your car but take some wet wipes or they sell window wipes at your auto store that will stop that. the wipes at the store are made just for this.
