Guyz, about mazda RX7, is it a good car?

i fancy mazda rx7, i don know if they still make them or if the spare parts of this car are still available if something goes wrong. any disadvantage guyz? let me know before i get in trouble. for those who know about cars tell me more about this car. tell me more about peugeot 406 coupe aswell. coz i was thinking about these cars.

Depends too much on the year and condition to give you an adequate answer. I'd suggest you have whatever car you are thinking seriously about looked at by a competent mechanic before you commit to it. A few $$ now can save a lot of $$$$$$ later.

They stopped making them in 1999 and stopped importing them into the US in 1993. Parts are still all over and easy to find. The only problems were the turbocharged RX-7's blew the APEX seals @ 85,000 miles. I had a non turbo and it ran great. I really like them.

what is the difference between all wheel drive and 4x4?

Spares are still available,biggest problem is the high reving wankle engine which has lots of wear issuse.Also they are known for being rust buckets in the early models.The 406 is quite a nice looking car but suffered from poor performing petrol engines.they are slow unless you get the 3ltr v6 but the problem with that is it eats petrol.

They are nice cars but you better be a Wankel technician to keep the engine running. I have seen several RX-8's over the last couple years but have no idea if they fixed the seal problems in the engine.

rx7 is a good car you can make them go v/fast but rotary e.n.g can cost up to £3ooo to rebuild. most peugeot cars ar v/good but later cars have fuel pumps go bad so good luck & have fun

Most people do not know it as a two stroke engine , few know how to fix them the parts are hard to get and very expencive when the engine is worn out you cannot economicly repair it , because of the unique nature of the engine revolving inside its casing once the side walls become scratched and worn they cannot be repaired a new engine is nearly £4000
