I've heard that the law changed, so now you have to be 18 to get your drivers license ( by the way I live in california)... some people have told me it's changed, and some people have told me that it hasn't... I was born in October of 1992, when can i get me driver's pemit and license?
Can any one explain to me how cars work i really wanna know how do they work?
