It happened 5 years ago when i was 21. It was just a misdemeanor charge,not a felony. that is the only thing on my driving record and it was just one mistake i made while celebrating going into the army.please only respond if you know what you are talking about and spare the judgemental, useless responses.thank you

Yes you can get a CDL. Only your job choices will be limited. But after 5 years Most companies will over look it.
